Recommended Operating System

We recommend our training be completed on a desktop computer or tablet whenever possible. The training may be accessed on a smartphone but expect a lower quality of user experience.

• Popups (in both the browser and the security software)

Certificate

We recommend the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader for viewing and printing certificates.

Minimum System Requirements

At a minimum, you will need the following system and browser to access the training.

• An Intel Pentium 4 processor or later that's SSE2 capable
